Pets of the week, Beagles! Allie and Jackson are the pets of the week.
They look so adorable snuggled up together. This is how one online source describes the breed, "The beagle is a happy, inquisitive, shorthaired hound who makes a great family companion, on eager hunter in the field - or both."
My friend Charlotte and her husband Junior are the owners of these cozy beagles. In this picture they are resting while Charlotte works. Charlotte and her husband own and operate a custom drapery business here in Lexington. They are such Godly people. Visiting with them in their shop brings me such joy!

Charlotte recently returned from a mission trip to
Guatemala. I was able to see a glimpse of her service in Guatemala via her
pictures on Facebook. No matter the challenge or circumstance, Charlotte’s trust
and faith in God is a beautiful example to her family and friends. We become friends through serving in Bible
Study Fellowship. She is the substitute-teaching leader for our evening group.
