As the teams filled the gymnasium,
the girls are dressed and prepared for competition. It was sweet to
see bows and sparkles on the girls. If you look beyond the glitter,
you will see girls with knee braces and a few casts on arms and legs. What am I describing? The girls are preparing for the Battle of the Bluegrass. This is the Cheerleading
Competition at Tate’s Creek High School.

It was fun to sit in the stands and cheer. Glad we were able to reconnect with a friend from our time in Nashville.
