What did you learn today?

What did I learn?

Teaching allows me to experience joy in serving. 

Teaching also reminds me … keep learning.

I am happy to be back in the classroom. After weeks away, I return ready and refreshed. 

And, this is what I discovered this morning ...

Students do not hesitate to write on the board.
A glimpse of our classroom. 

Then ... in the evening, I discovered/learned this prayer of St. Ignatius.

"Lord, teach me to be generous. 

Teach me to serve as you deserve;

to give and not to count the cost.

to fight and not to heed the wounds, 

to toil and not seek for rest,

to labor and not  to ask for reward,

saving that of knowing I do your will. "
