I think it must be nearly impossible to watch videos from last month’s Medical Match at Meharry Medical College and not be moved to tears. After completing four years of medical school,  future physicians will learn where they will assigned for their residencies. Each short video gives us a peak of their amazing stories. Are you familiar with Meharry Medical College?  

Last month,  my friend Angie and I visited the campus of Meharry. 

Since 1876, Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee has been educating predominately African American physicians.  Affiliated with the United Methodist Church the Medical College continues to serve the poor and underserved. Meharry has a rich legacy that continues to make a difference in the communities across the country.
