"There is wisdom in having multi-generational friendships. We can all attest to the benefits of having friends that are in similar seasons and life stages as us but to only have friends in those categories limits your maturity. You NEED women who have been there, done that because they see things that you can't. They know what you are learning. They've prayed what you're praying. They've walked through what your stumbling over. If you want to live wisely, attach yourself to women that have lived way longer than you and watch what happens. You'll become the woman you've been praying to be.

To women who are older... we need young women in our lives... We need fresh eyes... we need a different perspective ... we need to listen with humility to their questions... we might offer advice with humility... we need each other.
