Friendship Friday

I am fascinated by the differences between the friendships of women and men.

Many of "J's" friendships can trace their beginning to work relationships.  Over the years, the friendships have deepened as they share the joys and challenges of work, marriage, and parenting.  Now our visits include swapping stories regarding marriages, grandchildren, surgeries, illness, retirement, and our faith in Christ.

I love when they reminisce about the lessons that they have learned over the years.  They have gained  wisdom both personally and professionally.

Jerry and Roger have been friends for over forty years.
