Memories have a wonderful
way of allowing us to be comforted by the life of a loved one that is no longer
on this earth. In sharing memories or looking at pictures, we capture a time and
for a moment in time we are able to experience a joy from the past.
Most importantly, I love
this truth … “And now, dear brothers and sisters, we want you to know what will
happen to the believers who have died so you will not grieve like people who
have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and was raised to life
again, we also believe that when Jesus returns, God will bring back with him
believers who have died. I Thessalonians
4:13 – 14 (NLT)
