Wonderful Wednesday

Exercise has some wonderful benefits.
According to Deborah Kotz and Angela Haupt, there are Seven Mind Blowing Benefits of Exercise. In their 2012 article published in the U.S. News and World they share their research.  Please take a minute and check out their online article.
