Juneteenth

Today is Juneteenth. It is the oldest nationally celebrated commemoration of the ending of slavery in the United States. Today, people may be experiencing different types of bondage.
Yes, people still endure slavery. Here are a few examples,  sex trafficking, gambling, drugs and so goes the list. Praying that they will experience  true freedom in God.
Fredrick Douglass described himself as a "graduate" of slavery
with the marks of his diploma on his back.
This sculpture is located in Rochester, New York.
At the National Susan B. Anthony Museum and Home
I visited this museum in 2013.

This sculpture represents the friendship between Fredrick Douglass and Susan B. Anthony
