Friendship Friday

Each week we spend three hours exercising  together.
They  encourage me to join them for an additional hour each week.
On Tuesday, we joined other members of our class for lunch.
Rita and Elizabeth are always so positive!
Rita (on the left)  gives me nutrition tips.
