Simple
celebrations…
It
was just a few months ago I would struggle to complete one hour of exercise.
During that first class, I struggled with my swimsuit. After that first class, I was soooo tired!
Now,
I am able to keep pace during the hour-long class. I listen to my body. In most
cases, I am able to give 100 %. What differences have I have noticed in my
life? Energy and strength! It is good to
celebrate the journey to better health.
Another reason to celebrate... new friendships...This
week our class took a moment to celebrate three birthdays. It was a simple celebration…cards, cupcakes, and the sweetest Happy Birthday Song.
