We may not be able to run fast or jump as high as we did in younger years yet; we are committed to keep it moving. My exercise buddies range in age from early forties to the eighties. We all share a common goal maintaining or increasing our fitness levels.
I am a member of three different exercise classes. In one class, we have created a sort of community. We schedule quarterly luncheons, celebrate milestone birthdays, attend Moon Dance concerts, and support our favorite charities. When someone misses class... anticipate someone will contact you.
They will get in your business.
