Addition and Subtraction


Two years ago, I added regular exercise to my weekly schedule. As a result of this addition, I have added new friends to my life. We meet for coffee, have lunch, and volunteer. This addition has been life changing. I hope to continue to add appropriation exercise and other healthy habits to my life.

Now, I will begin to tackle the difficult task of subtracting things from my life. I know there are things on my calendar and in my refrigerator that need to be erased.  This is so challenging.  I need to hit the delete button.

Where do I begin? What are my goals?  What do I hope to accomplish?


 I hope to have move toward a life that is simple, loving, and more peaceful.
