Slow driver

Do you ever wonder why people drive so slow? This morning, I was traveling behind this car. The driver was going ... slow...slow...slow... Since I work at a high school, I like to arrive early. I was getting frustrated. Then I notice, a coffee cup on the roof of the car. Is that the reason? Who knows... Since I am taking pictures while I drive, I guess I should not complain.
