If you want joy, power, peace, eternal life, you must get close to or even into the thing that has them ... If you want eternal life, that is the life most joyous being in the universe, get close to God, immerse yourself in the water of who God is, and you will grow in joy."
Reading scriptures and belonging to a Bible study are great ways to get close to God.
