Monday Musings ... Blame

When tragedy happens there is a natural inclination to want to find or know  what led to the incident  There is something that is unsettling when we don't have the answers. What do we do until we have more information.

This Chinese Proverb offers one perspective. "The man who blames others has a long way to go: The man who blames himself is halfway there. The man who blames no one is already there."

Until, we have answers to tragedies, I think it is wise to withhold blame or judgment. It may be wise to simply pray for those touched by tragic events.
