Charlene is a treasured friend. It has been years since we have seen each other. After a difficult divorce, we lost contact. She moved to a different state, we were busy with our lives and work. I missed the mark in keeping in contact. Tonight, it was as if the years simply melted away. Over dinner, our evening was filled with great conversation, laughter and a wonderful entree. No dessert, we went shopping at Crate and Barrel. Take care of treasured friendships. Short notes, emails, letters, and phone calls only take a minute. Friendships need care and nurturing.
