Learning from the experience of others is a great time management tool. Time is precious. Don't waste it.  If a recipe does not work, listen and learn from the experience of a friend.

I prepared a Mushroom Frittata that is in the Jan/Feb issue of Cooking Light.
Do you wash your eggs? I do.
What about your mushrooms?
The package informs consumers to wash the mushrooms.
So, I follow instructions.
I have one of the best cleaners for my counter.
