Pet of the week, Luna

Luna is this week's pet. I did my best to take a picture of this energetic puppy. After training, I think Luna will be a wonderful companion.

Luna was rescued from a nearby county.

Saturday Smoothie

I love Panera's new smoothie. What is it? It is the Fat Free Green Passion Power Smoothie. A quick glance at the calorie count and it appears almost perfect. This smoothie has a mere 200 calories for 12 oz. Sounds good. Now, I take a closer look, I discover over 50 grams of carbohydrates. The ingredients include the following, a peach mango base, white grape, water, and spinach. 

I know what I will do. I will make my own smoothie. What will I include? First, I will begin with spinach, then, I will add apple, ice cubes... I will play with the ingredients.
